Portland Place Apartments was made possible through a combination of public and private investment, including:

  • Midwest Equity Housing Group (MHEG) – Tax credit equity

  • Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust – Construction and permanent financing

  • Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) – National Housing Trust Fund support

  • City of Oklahoma City – American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding
